Rocky road chocolate cups

What you'll need


  • 1 bag of miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups of roughly chopped hazelnut
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • saucepan
  • cutting board
  • sharp knife

  • Line a 9x9 square baking pan with wax paper, leaving 2 inches overhang on opposite sides.
  • Mix the marshmallows and hazelnut in a large mixing bowl and set the mixture aside.
  • Combine the condensed milk, butter, and chocolate chips in a large saucepan.
  • Cook the chocolate mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it melts and gets smooth. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the marshmallow mixture and blend them thoroughly together.
  • Pour the mixtures into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a buttered spatula.
  • Put the pan in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until the mixture cools down.
  • Lift the wax paper out of the pan and place it on a cutting board.
  • Cut the mixture into bars with a sharp knife, cleaning the knife blade in between cuts.
