Ingredients

Stack sandwich wrap:

  • ½ cup of beef strips (topside cut)
  • 1 tbsp. of oil
  • ¼ red onion
  • 5 strips of red capsicum
  • 5 strips of yellow capsicum
  • 5 strips of green capsicum
  • 1 tbsp. of flour
  • 1 tbsp. of fresh coriander
  • 2 tbsp. of a ripe mango
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tbsp. cheddar cheese

BBQ Mayonnaise sauce:

  • 3 tbsp. of Mayonnaise sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of Barbeque sauce
  • 2 pieces Jalapeño pepper

Tomato sauce (salsa):

  • 2 peeled tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • ½ red peeled and diced capsicum
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 small tsp. of coriander
  • Pitas bread or Arabic bread

Instructions

  • In a hot, big pan, add a small amount of olive oil and the beef strips.
  • When the beef starts to be half-way cooked, add the tbsp. of flour after 3 minutes.
  • Add onions and capsicum strips, and blend the mixture for 2 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, add 2 tbsp. of a ripe mango and1 tbsp. of fresh coriander.
  • Before rolling the sandwich, add the cheese and put it on the hot meat, so that it would melt and make the sandwich richer.
  • In another mixing bowl, add the Mayonnaise and Barbeque sauce. Keep the chopped Jalapeno aside while preparing the salsa.
  • In the bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, diced onions, capsicum, salt, and pepper, then mix them together.
  • Spread your Barbeque Mayonnaise sauce into the pitta bread, then add the cheesy meat, and on the top of it, add a little bit of salsa.
